Dr. Usman Zafar, a dedicated educator and advisor with PhDs in Information Technology and International Trade and Business, has made significant contributions to academia and institutional development. He has served in various academic roles at prestigious universities including Ajman University, Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), Ittihad University, SZABIST, Al Ain University of Science and Technology, and Manipal University, teaching advanced courses in Software Engineering, System Analysis & Design, and IT in Business, equipping students with practical skills for the digital era. He also served as Acting Chair of the MIS Department at Al Ain University of Science and Technology, leading curriculum development and faculty recruitment. Beyond academia, Dr. Zafar’s volunteer advisory roles include providing pro bono guidance to emerging MENA educational institutions, driving accreditation and program growth to foster global impact.
